Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IronOps platform (“Service”). The Service is provided by IronOps, a Canadian company.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IronOps provides an operations management platform for heavy industry and field-based contractors, including GPS-enabled time tracking, activity logs, reporting tools, and workforce management features.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age and have authority to bind your organization. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Use License

Subject to these Terms, IronOps grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for internal business purposes.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse any portion of the Service.

5. Fees & Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable. Pricing changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with system security or integrity
  • Upload malicious code or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and functionality are owned by or licensed to IronOps. Except for customer-submitted data, no rights are transferred under these Terms.

Customer data remains the property of the customer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Canadian law, IronOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

10. Termination

IronOps may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

IronOps may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
